Welcome to Mhartman-wx.com! If you're a returning user, you will likely notice that I have a brand new design. After years of a basic (all-text) site, I'm looking for something a little more modern and something much more streamlined. The new design will both make mhartman-wx.com a more comfortable visit for you all, as well, as something much easier to update. In addition, I've been wanting to transition my web-site into a place where I can offer my own material and not have to worry too much about maintaining numerous data links.
